The Koehn team engaged in creative collaboration to determine the most optimal solution for the new Nationwide Trailers location in Altoona, Iowa. We managed every element of the Design/Build deliver – from permitting and site work to building construction – bringing the project to life with efficiency and expertise.
Koehn Construction Services successfully delivered a 7,500-square-foot retail building as part of a larger 10-acre site with 4.5 acres for retail space and trailers. Of the total site, approximately 4.5 acres were dedicated to retail display space and trailer inventory, while the remaining area supported infrastructure, access, and utilities.
Our collaboration with Elder Corporation, a local earthwork and utility expert, played a critical role in the project’s success. We leveraged Elder Corporation’s network to source borrowed materials and an excellent group of trade partners to ensure seamless execution. With their valuable support, the entire project was completed within just eight months, from start to finish.
