Competitive Wages
- $22 per hour starting wage
- Time and a Half overtime pay after 40 hrs. weekly
- Average work week 45 hrs.
Time Off
- 40 hrs. of unpaid personal time all employees each year from hire date
- 90 day Introductory Period with 60 hrs. of PTO for remaining 9 months of first year
- 80 hrs. PTO years 2-4
- 120 hrs. PTO years 5-9
- 160 hrs. PTO years 10+
- Less than 2 hr. leave is exempt time off
