Koehn Construction has skilled crews and state-of-the-art equipment to tackle just about any earthwork or site prep project. Excavation, demo, clearing, grading, drainage—have dozers, will travel. We also prep subgrade for building pads and pavement.
We self-perform earthwork on the design-build and design-bid-build projects we manage—but we’re happy to lend a hand as a subcontractor, too. Since we GC projects ourselves, we know what’s expected.
