Our teams collaborated to bring the vision to life. Koehn Construction handled site work, utilities, concrete, and specialty finishes.
The A-Lert Construction Services project involved constructing a modern, single-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with a standing seam metal roof. Designed to blend functionality with aesthetics, the building features light gauge framed walls on both the interior and exterior, limestone veneer, Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), and metal panels.
The interior layout promotes a collaborative and flexible work environment. It features open office spaces and a hybrid work area where the team can work privately or collaboratively, depending on the position of the sliding glass doors. A large cafeteria that doubles as a meeting space or a safe room is designed to provide protection during extreme weather events.
