We refurbished an old O’Reilly Auto Parts building into a modern office space. The  MPAC Aviation Services project was a design-build project, and we handled the design work and construction. The exterior of the building was entirely refinished, including a new TPO roof system. We then framed the interior into a new office space, a clean room, and a small warehouse.

Koehn Construction Services completed our project on time and on budget. Every aspect, from initial design to completion, was exactly as anticipated. Koehn took an old abandoned building and turned it into an awesome workplace that is functional and beautiful.
Philip Fienen
President at MPAC Aviation

MPAC Aviation Services is an engine accessory overhaul service for small—to mid-sized turbine engines. They had outgrown their existing office and warehouse space and had located a vacant building large enough to meet their needs. The current owner of the building had not developed it due to the space being larger than his needs, but he ultimately was able to swap buildings with MPAC Aviation Services. MPAC Aviation Services contracted Koehn Construction Services to finish out the vacant building, and Koehn Construction was able to meet their needs.
