The A-Lert Construction Services project involved the construction of a modern, single-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with a standing seam metal roof. Designed for both functionality and visual appeal, the structure includes light-gauge framed walls on the interior and exterior, limestone veneer, Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), and metal panels.
Inside, the layout supports collaboration and flexibility. Open office areas are complemented by a hybrid workspace that can transition between private and group use with sliding glass doors. A large training room serves dual purposes – offering a communal gathering area while also functioning as a designated safe room for protection during extreme weather.
