Koehn Construction Services completely transformed the land surrounding the CW Ranch, and the new building was seamlessly integrated into the property. Multiple teams worked together on the Axis Inn project to ensure the final result reflected the desired aesthetic. The interior features modern finishes, which contribute to the welcoming atmosphere.

Koehn Construction built a 38-room hotel in just about seven months. The project was flawless. Their certainty of execution is unmatched in my experience. From project management to financial management, they covered all bases. Most impressively, they always had a lot of labor on site to execute the plan. With a superintendent on-site daily, the project was seamless.

Koehn Construction Services began the Axis Inn project with significant site preparation, transforming a rough, brushy pasture into a construction-ready site through extensive clearing, excavation of rocks and soil, foundations poured, utilities extended, and roads built just to start the building process.

This was a Design/ Build project that our Pre-Construction team handled together with our design team. The Axis Inn was designed as a light gauge steel construction with an elevated concrete deck. Once the foundation was poured, the Koehn crew worked tirelessly to complete the project on time.
