Special Features: We had the opportunity to construct the first Nationwide Trailer location in Iowa. This is one of several Nationwide Trailers locations built by Koehn Construction Services from the ground up, including design, permitting, site work, utilities, paving, and building work for this Design/Build project.
Nationwide Trailers continues to expand, adding more locations to better service their growing customer base. Given the successful partnership with Koehn Construction Services on previous projects, Gary was confident Koehn Construction Services was the right fit.
The Team then engaged in creative collaboration to carefully assess and determine the most optimal solution for the new Nationwide Trailer location.
Koehn Construction Services successfully delivered via Design/Build delivery, a 5-acre retail facility with a 7,500-square-foot building. Our collaboration with Elder Corporation, a local earthwork and utility expert, played a critical role in the project’s success. We leveraged Elder Corporation’s network to source borrowed materials and an excellent group of trade partners to ensure seamless execution. With their valuable support, we managed to complete the entire project within just eight months, from start to finish!
